However, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maua.sp.gov.br\/Noticias\/Ler\/672\">city\u2019s September 18 update<\/a> confirms that Paranava\u00ed reopened on Thursday, September 17. It also states that care continued during the renovation work.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mau\u00e1\u2019s renovated health clinics program<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The work is part of a program with the federal government to renovate ten primary health care units, known locally as UBSs. Beyond this month\u2019s handovers, the schedule includes Za\u00edra 2, Vila Assis, Parque das Am\u00e9ricas, Jardim Mau\u00e1 and Primavera. Feital is also due to receive smaller improvements.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The renovations aim to improve patient flow and accessibility. In addition, they cover technology infrastructure and working conditions for staff. The goal is to make the clinics more comfortable and welcoming.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Improving spaces for patient care<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mayor Marcelo Oliveira described the modernization of the health network as an ongoing effort.
