Mauá Municipal Guard recruitment is open for 100 positions in the city’s Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM). Applications run until October 8, 2026, exclusively online through IBAM, the organization responsible for the selection process.

According to Municipal Public Security Secretary Matheus Ferreira, this is the second recruitment competition for the force under the current administration. He also said the GCM’s staffing had grown by 78% since 2021.
